Product Description

Superparamagnetic silica nano magnetic beads were prepared by improving and modifying the surface of superparamagnetic nanoparticles. The magnetic beads can specifically recognize and efficiently bind with nucleic acid molecules at the micro interface. Under the action of guanidine salt (guanidine hydrochloride, guanidine isothiocyanate, etc.) and external magnetic field, it can separate DNA and RNA from plasma, serum, swab, oral fluid, saliva, blood, body fluid and other samples. It can be used in clinical disease diagnosis, blood transfusion safety, forensic identification, environmental microbial detection, food safety detection, molecular biology research and other fields.

This product is a kit for rapid extraction of viral nucleic acid. The extracted nucleic acid can be directly used in downstream PCR, qRT-PCR, sequencing library construction and other nucleic acid detection experiments

Experimental Parameters

· Application: Construction of PCR, qRT-PCR and Sequencing Library;

· Samples: body fluid samples from different sources (including whole blood, serum, plasma, disease material, feces and body fluid);

· Initial sample volume: Sample size: 300μL

· Required instruments: centrifuges suitable for 2ml centrifuge tubes (up to 10000 rpm or more);

                  Magnetic frame, vertical mixer;

· Required reagent: absolute ethanol (AR grade);
